FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
My kid is already a teenager. Too late?+
Not at all. We tailor the second half of the session to the ages in the room.
Can both parents attend on one ticket?+
Yes, pricing is per household, not per person.
Who teaches the class?+
Every workshop is led by a licensed pediatrician with training in adolescent health, never a general presenter or volunteer.
What's your refund policy?+
Full refund up to 7 days before your session. After that, we'll credit you toward any future workshop.
Do you offer scholarships?+
Yes, we set aside 10% of every session for need-based scholarships. Just email hello@turningteen.com.
